MRN, Ltd. is looking for a RestaurantServer for Tudor Arms Bar and Grill at the Doubletree by Hilton, The Tudor Arms Hotel - Food and Beverage in Cleveland, Ohio!

Job Overview:
Our Server for Banquet and Restaurant will have a dual role, both as a Server for the restaurant and an Assistant at events. When working as a Server for the restaurant, our Team Member will be paid $5.25 per hour plus tips andwhen working events $15.00 per hour. This position is non-exempt and there is a 90-day probationary period.
A Server for Banquet and Restaurant will be asked to perform the following duties:
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete orders, deliver food and drinks, and clear tables efficiently and in a timely manner
- Follow established safety, sanitation, and security procedures
- Clean, organize, restock, and maintain the bar, service areas, and guest areas
- Assist in setting up and tearing and the Doubletree Breakfast Buffet
- Communicate to the culinary team what is needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
- Ensure all MRN, Ltd. and Hilton standards and policies are consistently upheld
- Properly utilize POS System to complete transactions
- Receive and deliver room service orders efficiently and in a timely manner
- Solve any guest issues promptly while maintaining a hospitable demeanor
- Work diligently in a team environment, helping other coworkers when needed
- Understand FOH/BOH Doubletree Breakfast and Tudor Event/Bar/Grill service standards and menus
Mandatory Requirements
- 21 years of age or older for bartending
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings: 6:30AM Monday through Friday and 7:30AM Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or less, maneuver up and down stairs with no difficulty, work in confined spaces for an extended time, and stand 95% of the scheduled shift
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Related experience in a dynamic restaurant, event venue atmosphere, and/or basic bartender skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
